| CARDIO SALSA: |
Salsa the aerobic way...cardiovascular training and salsa dancing will shape your heart and body as you dance your way into fitness.

STEP'N UP:
|
This class introduces the step and gradually builds on the movements that made the 'Step' a class. A Beginning to intermediate step class that invites you to try some combinations, hence, moving you to a new level.
|
|
REV IT UP STEP:
|
This step class takes stepping and pumps it to a new level by adding advanced moves including some more advanced power moves.
|
|
STEP:
|
The core of step class. This class uses classic moves and introduces some new ones. You choose your level of intensity.
|
|
|
All in all this is a Great Cardio Workout!

BODY PUMP:
|
A licensed weight lifting class in which the instructor guides you through total body toning and shaping using barbells in a choreographed routine set to music.

| AB ATTACK, AWESOME ABS, and KILLER ABS: |
A fifteen-minute workout for toning and firming and redesigning your waistline.
|
|
HIPS & ABS:
|
This class will tighten and firm all the areas we women want from the waist down: waist, abdomen, inner and outer thighs and gluteus. Have fun and watch the results! A club favorite!

PACE:
|
A #1 Fat Burner. This 30-minute class improves cardiovascular endurance and gives you the best all over toning. A must for those on limited time, and those wanting quick results.

| STEP-CIRCUIT-INTERVAL |
The instructor chooses the format for this step class. Both the interval and the circuit are designed for the stepper who looks for a class with everything: good stepping, great cardio, and the best shaping and toning.

| LOW FAT: |
A low to medium intensity fun aerobic class. One half hour of the greatest moving, yet fun fat burning class; a small version of Doretha's Ultimate Fat Burner.

| DORETHA'S ULTIMATE FATBURNER |
This class is designed for anyone! This is a super class full of fun, low impact, low intensity floor aerobic moves. A great class for both the beginner and the more advanced. This is one of our most requested classes.

| MASTER BLAST (High): |
This is a higher impact, high intensity floor aerobics class. We show you low and intermediate move as well, and you pick your level. Designed for those who want the ultimate in traditional aerobics.

| CARDIO KICKBOXING: |
A super workout combining the principals of aerobics with kickboxing movements to achieve a total workout.

| YOGA VOYAGE: |
Utilizing traditional yoga moves, this class will help your breathing and stress reduction, while improving flexibility and toning.

| YOGA & PILATES FUN/ABS, THIGHS & BUNS |
This class begins with Pilates training and yoga moves. Have fun as you reduce stress while improving flexibility and toning; not to mention giving you the best in toning and firming your: abs, thighs and buns!

Your class for weight loss, stability and sculpting lean long muscles by reshaping your body from head to toe.

| AQUA CIRCUIT |
This water aerobics class alternates cardiovascular sessions with toning sessions using weights, tubing, aqua gloves, noodles and discs.

H2O CARDIO, CARDIO SPLASH

Water aerobics at it's best... the best cardiovascular workout.

|
INTERVAL WATER
|
This is an awesome cardio workout with structured intervals of high intensity moves followed by lower Intensity recovery moves.

TONE & FIRM, USE YOUR NOODLE
|
The ultimate in toning, firming and shaping using weights, tubing, gloves, noodles and discs.

| VOLLEYBALL |
By special request, we do volleyball for 30 minutes. Come join the fun, shape up and burn those calories in the pool!

| MORE STEPPING: |
This step class is designed for a beginning and intermediate stepper. This class is founded on core movements found in every step class and invites you to try some combinations moving you to a new level.

|
PUNCH & GROOVE:
|
We start with the Low Fat class and add dance and kickboxing moves. It will have you grooving & loosing.
|
|
TONE & FIRM:
|
This class will tighten and firm all the areas we women want: arms, chest, abdominal, inner and outer thighs and gluteus maximus. Looking good!

|
COMBAT KICKBOXING:
|
All the fundamentals including strength, power and shaping that boxing offers.
|
